We are often asked, “What’s the difference between your LEAP Learning and D2L online platforms?”

Both platforms meet the education requirements set by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and comply with the Real Estate License Act and Administrative Rule. Leap Learning online course platform

• Courses are written by seasoned industry experts nationwide.
• Support is available when you need it: call, email, or chat 7 days a week.
• Pre-License and Post-License courses are fully self-guided with step-by-step walkthrough of course sections.
• Courses can be completed any time of day, 24/7.
• A real estate math handbook, along with videos and business advice, is included in the broker pre-license 60-hour course and 75-hour package

D2L online course platform

• Courses are written by experienced Illinois REALTORS® Instructors.
• Support is available from Illinois REALTORS® Education Specialists is available by call, email, or chat, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Pre-License coursework is a mix of self-led and instructor-led training with a two-day, scheduled live webinar component.
• Post-License courses are self-guided with videos featuring Illinois REALTORS® Instructors.
• A textbook or ebook Modern Real Estate Practices is included in the broker pre-license 60-hour course and 75-hour package
