The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation has opened the online portal for 2023 Managing Broker License Renewal.

Visit Illinois REALTORS® license renewal webpage or download our Managing Broker License Renewal chart.
To look up your education/CE credits
Use Illinois REALTORS® Education Lookup to view your continuing education course completions for Illinois REALTORS®-sponsored courses. Courses taken through other providers will not appear here but may be found if submitted to IDFPR.
To enroll in CE courses:
Go to Illinois REALTORS® online continuing education store to enroll in a Managing Broker online CE package or individual CE courses. Or select courses from our classroom calendar.
To renew your license:
Only submit your online license renewal application to IDFPR if all of your course requirements are complete.
To print a copy of your license:
Print your license from the IDFPR website.
