Managing Broker License Renewal
Illinois Managing Brokers must complete their license renewal requirements and submit their renewal application and licensing fee to IDFPR on or before April 30, 2025. Illinois REALTORS® offers easy and convenient online packages to complete your education from the comfort of your home or office, on your own time. Your completion notice is sent directly to IDFPR when your course is processed — saving you time.

Renewal requirements by license date
Licensed ON or AFTER Feb. 1, 2025
You do NOT need to renew in 2025.
Your renewal deadline is April 30, 2027
