The Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development program is seeking members who have the potential to become association leaders.
The Leadership Development program is designed to further develop a person’s leadership skills in a structured program that offers training and critical evaluation. Ideal candidates are active in their local association and interested in learning more about the association on the state or national level.
