Now is a great time for Managing Brokers to take required continuing education (CE) courses.

All managing brokers are required to complete 12 CE hours between May 1, 2013 and April 30, 2015.  Of those hours, three must be Core A, three must be Core B and a maximum of six hours can be elective. However, those who earned their current license before Feb. 1, 2013 are also required to complete a 12-hour Broker Management continuing education interactive course.

Get your regular CE hours through the  IAR REALTOR® Store at the low price of $19.95 per course with convenient proctor locations at no additional cost! Choose from several three-hour credit courses that will help you meet the requirements.

Use the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation’s CE Look Up to check the expiration date of your license, get appropriate forms and review Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
