REALTORS® who want to participate in Illinois consolidated primary elections on Feb. 26 can request a mail-in ballot either in person or online through Feb. 21.

That’s according to information from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Voters can visit the ISBE website to verify the address of their local election authority and make their requests. An ISBE brochure, “Voting by Mail in Illinois,” explains which voters can request mail-in ballots, what information must be supplied in a request, timelines for the requests and answers to a number of anticipated questions.

Local elections will feature candidates for municipalities, townships, libraries, parks, school districts and other special-purpose districts. Consolidated primaries will be Feb. 26 while consolidated elections are scheduled for April 2. More information is available at: elections.il.gov/.
