REALTORS® are among the most valuable resources available to residents, visitors and investors in the Peoria area, according to Diane Cullinan Oberhelman, Chairman and Founding Partner of Cullinan Properties Ltd.

Cullinan Oberhelman and her husband, Doug Oberhelman, the retired chairman and CEO of Caterpillar, Inc., were the featured speakers at the Peoria Area Association of REALTORS® (PAAR) Members of Influence dinner at the Weaver Ridge Golf Club in Peoria. The mid-March event attracted 80 of PAAR’s top-producing members, many of whom have demonstrated a strong commitment to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and are leaders in promoting the Greater Peoria Region.

A long-time REALTOR®, Cullinan Oberhelman knows a lot about the area and about the important role REALTORS® play in growing their communities and protecting the rights of private property owners. With her guidance, Cullinan Properties worked with the Greater Peoria Chamber of Commerce to create a website to attract visitors, businesses and potential investors to the area. As pointed out on PeoriaRegion.com, the Greater Peoria Region is an anchor to a 30-county trade area that is home to 1.7 million people.

PeoriaRegion.com has links to many information sources throughout the region, including economic development, chambers of commerce and tourism. The website uses the same metrics Cullinan Properties has used to identify and serve clients for more than 35 years.
