This course provides 4 hours of Elective CE credit.

The real estate market reflects the diverse population in the US and the successful real estate professional understands and adapts to diverse client needs.

This course will enable licensees to serve clients in a non-discriminatory manner and help them to understand fair housing protections that may apply.
