Course Description
Treating all parties equally in the largest single investment most people make in their lives is a licensees responsibility.  Applying the same criteria to everyone and being aware of and knowing what to do if clients are not being treated equally is a basic tenant of our jobs.  This course shows the licensees how the fair housing laws have evolved and what is expected of us today.
