REALTORS® can build on the legacy of more than $650,000 in scholarships when they make tax-deductible contributions to the Illinois Real Estate Educational Foundation (REEF) on Tuesdays in December.
Since the year 2000, the foundation has awarded a variety of scholarships to REALTORS®, children of REALTORS® and real estate professionals to defray the cost of college or real estate training. REALTORS® who want to add to that legacy can make donations by credit card or by contacting Laurie Clayton at 866-854-7333. Online donations can be made Tuesdays or any day of the week. But time’s running out to make your donation for 2018.
The not-for-profit foundation offers several categories of recognition for its contributors. Contributions in any amount will be credited to the appropriate category, ranging from $100 to $100,000. Gifts, bequests, memorial tributes and endowments to benefit the foundation are also accepted.
