Several REALTORS® from the northwestern corner of Illinois participated in a fundraising event for fellow REALTOR® and State Rep. Tony McCombie (R-71) of Savanna last week.

McCombie, an Illinois REALTOR® for 17 years, is a broker for the Mel Foster Co., in Savanna. Prior to being elected as a state representative, she also served as mayor and city alderperson of Savanna. Illinois REALTORS® Angela Stodden, Pam Borowski and William “Bill” Miller put their golf skills on display during McCombie’s 6th Annual Golf Outing at the Byron Hills Golf Course in Port Byron, Ill.

Stodden, of United Country Heartland Realty in Galena, is the State Legislative Contact for McCombie and is a former president of the REALTOR® Association of Northwestern Illinois (RANWIL). She has been involved in numerous committees for Illinois REALTORS®, too. She first became a REALTOR® in 2004.

Although Borowski retired as RANWIL CEO in 2019, she remains a REALTOR® and is in her 29th year of membership. Borowski has a long record of service at the local, state and national REALTOR® association levels.

Miller is a broker for United Country Heartland Realty in Galena.

RANWIL is now unofficially known as the Northwest Chapter of the Rockford Area REALTORS®.
