Chicagoland REALTORS® met in Oak Brook on Jan. 14, 2015, to get updates on Professional Standards.

The meeting is the second of two sessions held in January which provide training for those who work on handling disputes between REALTORS® and REALTORS® and the public.

IAR has an ombudsman program which helps resolve disputes. The association also has a Consumer help line that can handle complaints pertaining to certain sections of the Code of Ethics.
