U.S. Rep. Mike Quigley, a Democrat who represents the state’s Fifth Congressional District, met with REALTORS® Friday in Chicago.
- And U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider, a Democrat from Illinois’ 10th Congressional District met with IAR members in Wheeling on Monday.
The meetings came after the threat of a federal default was narrowly averted last week. Several scheduled Let’s Talk events had to be postponed because congressional representatives were called to Washington for a last-minute vote. More details will be coming soon on the new dates.
