The “7 reasons” flyer explains how you can find solutions for sellers when inventory is low, homes sell quickly and safety concerns are high. It also explains the value of home pricing, hints at how you can help sellers move up to larger homes and explains the added value REALTORS® can provide.
The “9 home financing programs” flyer offers a summary of down payment programs through the Illinois Housing Development Authority, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and Freddie Mac, as well as financing through the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office, the Federal Housing Administration, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
