It’s a New Year, and as inspiration for members working on business resolutions, IAR talked to several who have met and exceeded goals they set.

In the digital January issue of Illinois REALTOR® magazine, four IAR members share their personal struggles and explain how setting goals and adjusting those goals help them cope. Their story is called, “Goal-setting victories.”

Myrna Santiago-Martinez of Chicago explains how she came to sell real estate after losing her husband in 2007. Carrie Sebold of Fox Valley and Jay Rodgers of Geneva discuss education and the need to revamp business plans when the market changes. Susan Peloso of Chicago shares how a cancer diagnosis affected her personally and professionally.
