Illinois REALTOR® Jean Crosby, a partner and owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeService Crosby Starck Real Estate in Rockford, announced she’s running for a seat on the Winnebago County Board.
According to an article posted on the WIFR.com website, Crosby is running for the Republican nomination in that county’s 16th district.
Crosby was the 1999 IAR President and has played important roles for the Rockford Area Association, IAR and National Association of REALTORS®. She’s served on numerous committees for national, state and local associations. In November, she will receive the NAR Distinguished Service Award at a ceremony in San Diego. In 2014, she was the national president for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.
The primary election is scheduled for March 15, 2016.
