Madison’s CE course “Fair Housing, Agency & License Law – Sellers Real Word,” will prepare licensees to meet legal requirements, fulfill their duties to clients and provide top-level service.

The Professional Standards Breakfast ($16 ticket required) focuses on using the Code’s spirit of Cooperation to resolve complex issues.  During the hour-long session titled “Competition and the Code: Cooperation – Compensation – Communication,” Madison and Read will tackle complaints and concerns in the marketplace such as commission entitlement, marketing, advertising and negotiating contracts. They will emphasize the cooperative resolution of common challenges in the industry.

Madison is the owner of Lynn Madison Seminars, a training and development company devoted to the advancement of professionalism in real estate. She has been a speaker at the NAR convention for more than a decade and has spoken to REALTORS® in more than 30 states.
