Through the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist certification course, you will gain knowledge of the essentials of buying and selling second-home properties for recreation and investment, and building a second-home business.

- This course is the main requirement for the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
