Illinois REALTORS® COR 1904 – 8-hour Residential Leasing Agent Core covers the highlights of the new additions to the Act as well as important reminders of the scope of the leasing license and disciplinary actions if a licensee violates the provisions. Agency relationships and agreements are reviewed and Landlord Tenant laws are explained. One of the most important areas involving licensees is following good Fair Housing practices. How licensees interact with prospective tenants and existing residents is vital in complying with fair housing laws. The course also includes the mandatory State requirement on Sexual Harassment Prevention training. This course is self-paced using a combination of reading, videos and quizzes.
