This self-paced, online, 2-hour CE course uses a combination of reading, videos, and quizzes to show student participation and proficiency. All materials for this course are on the D2L portal. Consecutive course modules open as content is accessed and quizzes are completed, scoring 75%, or higher, on each to complete the course. Students can complete everything from their home or office with the unique features of the D2L system.

Illinois REALTORS® RB 774 – Legal Issues: Residential Property Disclosures will provide information to licensees of their responsibilities in informing their seller and landlord requirements of residential property disclosures. The student will have a working knowledge of the purpose of each disclosure, who is responsible for the disclosure, and the ramifications for failing to provide accurate and truthful information to buyers and tenants. (2-hour Elective)
