Illinois REALTORS® 45-hour Post-License education is for licensed brokers in their first renewal cycle. You must have been issued your 475 license number prior to taking this course. Those without a license number will not receive credit.

This course provides the 15 hours of instruction required as part of the 45-hour post-licensing education requirement in Illinois. Brokers will apply their knowledge related to transactional issues, including seller, buyer, and property management issues through exercises, role-play activities, situational simulations, and case studies.
