Topics include licensing, operations, escrow and management, managing licensees, risk management, laws, and issues. This is a self-guided online course.

This fully online course provides the 15 hours of interactive instruction required as part of the 45 hours in Managing Broker Pre-Licensing Topics course. Students will participate in a variety of interactive activities where they will apply their knowledge to a variety of real-world scenarios designed to provide valuable analysis and decision-making experience. Prior to participating in this interactive course, the 30-hour Managing Broker Pre-License Topics course should be completed. This is a self-guided online course.
