Course Description
This course, Mastering Real Estate Tax Search Tools, is designed to equip real estate professionals with the skills to efficiently conduct property tax searches using leading online platforms: Remine, Realist and Realtors Property Resources (RPR).Students will learn to navigate these tools to access detailed property data, historical tax information, ownership records, and predictive analytics.  Emphasis is placed on the ethical use of data, adhering to the National Association of REALTORS’® Code of Ethics.  By the end of the course, students will be able to effectively utilize these tools to serve clients and make informed property assessments while maintaining compliance with professional standards.
