Course Description
Being aware of the areas where lawsuits and complaints are filed and knowing what to do about those things not only benefits the brokerages and licensees, but it is also a benefit to the buyers and sellers.  This course looks at the typical issues that consumers file complaints about and discusses what we can do about it.
