REALTOR® members are invited to participate in a national study of real estate professionals conducted by PSI Services, the administrator of Illinois real estate licensing examinations. Your responses to the survey will be used to help ensure the accuracy of real estate licensing exam. The 30-45 minute survey does not need to be completed in a single sitting and is optimized to be completed on a mobile device. As an incentive, you may provide your contact information and be entered to win a $100 Amazon gift card!
About the project
This study is a key step in updating the national licensure examination questions to ensure that real estate professionals meet acceptable standards for competent practice. The purpose of the practice analysis is to develop an accurate description of Broker and Salesperson activities and the knowledge required for professional practice. The results will be used to update the Broker and Salesperson licensure examinations published by PSI Services.

There are three parts of the questionnaire:
- In Part I, you will be asked to provide background information.
- In Part II, you will be asked to review a list of Professional Activities (tasks) and indicate how often you perform the tasks and how important they are for your work.
- In Part III, you will be asked to review a list of Knowledge and indicate how often you apply the Knowledge and how important the Knowledge is to your work.
