  • Real estate managing broker license indefinitely suspended for a minimum of six months and fined $1,000 for failure to comply with Department requests to correct deficiencies following an on-site examination.
  • Real estate corporation license indefinitely suspended for a minimum of six months and fined $1,000 for failure to comply with Department requests to correct deficiencies following an on-site examination.
  • Real estate managing broker license fined $5,000, placed on probation for one year and completed a pre-license course for failing to have respondent company use properly executed employment agreements, failing to have records of exclusive brokerage agreements, failing to include minimum services and termination clauses in brokerage agreements, failing to accept dual agency in certain cases, allowing numerous escrow violations to occur, failing to use the necessary contractual bold statements and failing to maintain completed disclosure forms.
  • Real estate broker license and real estate corporation license fined $2,000, owed jointly and severally, and shall surrender their real estate licenses for failing to use properly executed employment agreements, failing to have records of exclusive brokerage agreements, failing to include minimum services and termination clauses in brokerage agreements, failing to accept dual agency in certain cases, engaging in escrow violations, failing to use the necessary contractual bolded statements and to maintain completed disclosure forms, and failing to submit records to the Department upon request.
  • Real estate managing broker license fined $1,500 for failure to complete continuing education prior to renewing the license and for stating on the renewal application that the education had been completed.
  • Real estate broker license fined $1,000 for failure to complete continuing education prior to renewing the license and for stating on the renewal application that the continuing education has been completed.
  • Real estate broker license suspended for failure to file and/or pay Illinois state income taxes. 
  • Real estate broker license suspended for being more than 30 days delinquent in the payment of child support.
  • Real estate broker license fined $1,000 for failing to disclose a previous conviction.
