
Deborah Prodehl
Deborah Prodehl kicked off her experience as a new member of the Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors at the Public Policy Meetings in East Peoria.
Prodehl is the managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Honig Bell Homer Glen office and Eastern Region Vice President for Coldwell Banker Honig Bell. But she is also a familiar face to Illinois REALTORS®, as she has served on numerous state association committees during the previous three years. In 2017, she is chair for the Business Issues/License Law Forum Committee, and she serves on the:
- Strategic Planning Committee,
- Public Policy & Government Affairs Major Investor Group,
- Professional Standards Committee,
- Nominating Committee,
- Leadership Development Class and
- Education Working Group.
Prodehl invests in RPAC as a President’s Circle Golden R.
Born and raised in the Lockport/Homer area, she has been a member of the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® (TRAR) Board of Directors since 2010 and served as that organization’s president in 2015. In the past, she’s served on the Finance, Grievance, Awards, Website Task Force, Governance Task Force committees. Today, she is the chair of the Awards Committee and vice-chair of the Nominating Committee. She is also a member of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
For the National Association of REALTORS® she is on the Board of Directors as a Large Firm Representative, and she is on the Broker Involvement Council for her second consecutive year.
She is involved in numerous community organizations, including the Lemont and Homer Glen Chambers of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, the March of Dimes and Little Hands Big Hearts.
