Tuesday’s 10 a.m. keynote presentation – “Ignite Unstoppable Momentum™ in a Rapidly Changing World that NEVER. SLOWS. DOWN.” – will be delivered by attorney, entrepreneur and motivational speaker Kim Becking. You’ll leave her session with the tools you need to foster resilience and to think differently about change and the challenges you encounter.

At 11 a.m. Tues., veteran real estate agent, trainer and coach Marguerite Crespillo will present: “Business Plan Reboot: Simple Systems for Sales Success.” She will help you “build a business around your life instead of a life around your business.”

Trista Curzydlo

At 3:45 p.m. Tues., former courthouse and statehouse attorney Trista Curzydlo, Esq., will use her unique blend of humor and intellect to deliver, “You Can’t Say That! Antitrust in Real Estate.” She’s a former government affairs director and legal counsel for the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS® and the South Central Kansas MLS as well as a former assistant legal counsel to Kansas Gov. Bill Graves.

Joshua Cadillac

At 1 p.m. Wed., national speaker, real estate educator, author and top-producing agent Joshua Cadillac will present “Creative Financing: How to Close the Deals Other Agents Can’t.” In it, you learn how he blends the knowledge acquired through recognized real estate education with real-world skills, so that his clients see him as a trusted advocate and valued resource.

Colette Carlson

At 3 p.m. Wed., Colette Carlson gives the closing keynote presentation, “Sincere Selling: Stop Transacting, Start Connecting,” in which she reveals how the questions you ask and the actions you take will help build emotional buy-in and trust in your clients. By then maximizing the emotional connections you build with them, you’ll increase sales, gain loyal, repeat customers and get powerful referrals.
