Members of Illinois REALTORS® leadership are in New York City this week taking part in Inman Connect, a massive real estate gathering held each year in January.
Illinois REALTORS® Immediate Past President Mike Drews sat in on the sessions, and shared a few take-aways:
- Fifty-five percent of real estate searches are mobile.
- Content has to be quickly accessible; 40 percent will abandon sites which take too long to load.
- Hand-written notes are back. Old school basics to build relationships are still very effective.
- Interested in live-streaming on Facebook Live? Start small. Broadcast to yourself, then friends before you launch on the entire world.
