Members of the Illinois REALTORS® Global Working Group have been recognized with a top award for their work in building relationships with foreign consulates in the state.

The working group has been honored with the NAR Gold Global Achievement Program Award, and will have recognition at the National Association of REALTORS® Conference & Expo in November.

The working group helped promote and grow the Consulate General Liaison Program which pairs Illinois REALTORS® with foreign delegations in Chicago. The outreach helps foreign investors and the consulates they work with understand the resources and value REALTORS® can provide.

The program, now in its third year, has expanded to include 12 consulate liaisons representing countries including China, Poland and Greece.
