The Chicago Tribune has a story this morning about an IAR Task Force recommendation that Illinois real estate brokerages consider implementing a policy regarding concealed carry.
The paper notes the association generated a suggested disclosure policy in response the state law that was passed in 2013 and allows those who meet certain criteria to carry a firearm.
The Concealed Carry Task Force came up with the recommendations due to potential liability and business issues that can arise from the policy.
