REALTOR® and criminal profiler, Phil Chalmers, will identify the critical precautions all REALTORS® need to take in order to stay safe on the job. You will walk away from this session with a safety plan that you can put into place immediately.
Chalmers, who also trains law enforcement on profiling violent criminals, has interviewed predators who have targeted real estate agents. He will walk through examples of crimes against real estate agents and break down how they could have been prevented.
