Illinois Association of REALTORS® President Phil Chiles works on a Habitat for Humanity home being built on East Enterprise Street in Springfield, Ill.
Dates for the remainder of the IAR Habitat for Humanity project in Springfield have changed as subcontractors work to finish their portions of the project.
The new dates are:
- July 7-12 (Painting)
- July 14-18 (Flooring)
- July 28-30 (General cleanup)

The Springfield Habitat build is one of three undertaken by Illinois REALTORS® this year. The association’s members have nearly completed a home in Murphysboro, Ill., and a third home will be built in Aurora, Ill., beginning July 7.
