Dominic Campo, Jerry Gibson and Rhonda Altman will be among local Illinois association REALTORS® of the Year (ROTY) honored April 24 at the 2023 REALTOR® of the Year Banquet in Springfield. Register to attend now.
The ROTY award recognizes members who have done exceptional work to advance their association and the real estate industry.
Campo is the Capital Area REALTORS® (CAR) ROTY and is a managing broker for Campo Realty Inc., in Pawnee. He is the president-elect for Capital Area, and he has served on various committees on the local and state REALTOR® association levels. A past recipient of the Capital Area Rising Star Award, he’s a graduate of leadership development programs for CAR, Illinois REALTORS® and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
Gibson is the NorthWest Illinois Alliance of REALTORS® (NWIAR) ROTY and is the managing broker for Keller Williams Realty Signature in Loves Park. During the last 20 years, he has served on numerous committees for the local association, including Finance, Governmental Affairs and Member Services. He’s also willingly shared his own knowledge as a trainer and a mentor. He’s also been instrumental in running the local non-profit, Helping Hands Pantry.
Altman is the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® (TRAR) ROTY and the assistant branch manager for Baird & Warner Real Estate in Plainfield. She’s served on Public Relations, YPN, RPAC and Special Events committees for TRAR, and in 2011 was recognized with the association’s Rising Star Award. Altman shares her passion for real estate through her leadership as the current TRAR president.
Campo, Gibson and Altman will join Illinois REALTOR® of the Year Ezekiel “Zeke” Morris, designated managing broker of EXIT Strategy Realty/EMA Management, South Side of Chicago, at the President Abraham Lincoln DoubleTree Hotel on April 24. The reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 6:30 p.m.
