Madison, a regular attendee of previous Spring Conferences, encourages others to see the many benefits that are provided. “You are not taking time away from your business,” says Madison. “You are investing in your business to do it better.”
In addition to the four-hour core continuing education session that Madison will lead, attendees can earn three additional hours of elective CE. Taking the courses in a classroom setting, she says, gives members opportunities to ask questions and get answers that can be put in the context of developing issues.
In addition, she says, Spring Conference attendees can network with knowledgeable members from other areas of the state, explore innovative products and services, gain legal insights, discover successful business strategies and learn how the NAR settlement will affect Illinois brokerage practices and license law.
