Laura Martin
Congratulations to Laura Martin, of RE/MAX Unlimited in Peoria, who has been recognized as the 2012 REALTOR® of the Year by the Peoria Area Association of REALTORS® (PAAR).
Since 1970, the award has been given to a PAAR member that has made outstanding contributions to the real estate profession and to the local and state associations. Martin is currently the president of the PAAR Board of Directors. She has been instrumental in a number of PAAR committees including governmental affairs, lockbox task force, finance, MLS, grievance, awards and recognition, and technology, to name a few. She has also been actively involved in various committees at the Illinois Association of REALTORS®.
The 31st Annual REALTOR® of the Year Banquet will be held March 28 in Springfield, Ill. to honor the 2012 Illinois REALTOR® of the Year, Kay Wirth, and all local Board REALTORS® of the Year.
