At 1 p.m. Sept. 20, join Andrea “Andy” Tolbert for “Safety: Do This Now,” an hour-long presentation that will provide tips for holding successful and safe open houses, confirming the identity of prospects and tips for a successful mobile office. Tolbert is the founder of SaferAgent, a company that trains Florida real estate agents how to protect themselves and their clients immediately. At 1 p.m. Sept. 27, join Tamara Suminski for “Stay Safe by Building Better Business Relationships,” an hour-long webinar about mitigating risks by building better business relationships and following safety protocols. Suminski is the broker-owner of the Beach Real Estate Group in Manhattan Beach, Calif., and an NAR REALTOR® Safety Course instructor. She’s an instructor for NAR’s Safety Matters course. She was the 2014 President of the South Bay Association of REALTORS® and earned the 2010 REALTOR® of the Year Award.
