The loss of federal tax deductions for mortgage interest and property taxes will negatively affect many of the homeowners that live in suburban Chicago, says Wheaton-area REALTOR® Pat Callan, according to an article in Crain’s Chicago Business Tuesday.

And according to a report by Moody’s Analytics, the counties of Will, DuPage, Lake and McHenry stand to lose the most growth in home value as a result, the article states.
