Cathriona supports the state’s business development and recruitment efforts by assisting companies with the sites, resources, and partnerships needed to grow their businesses in Illinois. Cathriona is focused on growing the state’s clean energy economy, a priority identified in Illinois’ most recent five-year economic plan. Prior to joining Intersect, Cathriona worked in urban planning consulting and commercial real estate with a focus in industrial real estate development.
Cathriona received both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Urban Planning degrees with a focus in Economic Development and Environmental Planning from the University of Iowa. Born and raised in Chicago, Cathriona resides in the city with her husband and two daughters.
