Illinois Education and Training Grant
The Illinois Education and Training Grant is funded by the Illinois Real Estate Educational Foundation (REEF), a not-for-profit organization established to aid and promote real estate education throughout Illinois.
The grant (not to exceed $100) is awarded to eligible individuals who wish to pursue a real estate degree or license in the state of Illinois. To apply, submit all application materials at least two weeks before enrolling in an Illinois REALTORS® 75-hour pre-license topics course or an Illinois REALTORS® 90-hour pre-license package. A complete application packet includes the application form, employment history form, two recommendation letters, proof of high school graduation or GED, and an essay from the applicant. The Illinois Education and Training Grant cannot be used for reimbursement of previously attended courses. No scholarship will be awarded retroactively.
Once you have submitted your application, please allow two weeks for applications to be reviewed. Inquiries may be directed to Laurie Clayton at email@example.com or (866) 854-7333.
