GRI kicks off 50th year in Peoria

IAR’s GRI program began at the Hotel Pere Marquette in Peoria. Fifty years later, one of the state’s premiere training programs for REALTORS® kicks off in the same hotel.

The event which began today (Dec. 1, 2014) attracts REALTORS® from across the state to get training from top real estate instructors in everything from legal issues to marketing.

GRI will be highlighted by a birthday celebration on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014, which will honor past and present GRI designation holders, and commemorate the work of former IAR Director of Professional Development Wayne Edwards’ long association with the program. The GRI graduate program is being named for Edwards in recognition of his years of service to the program and IAR.
