Illinois REALTORS® Plaza will host a Fair Housing Event from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. October 24, 2018 in conjunction with the Illinois Department of Human Rights and co-sponsored by the Capital Area REALTORS®. Persons interested in attending may register online. Registration is $25 for REALTOR® members and $35 for non-members.
Legal Issues – A Guide to Reasonable Accommodations is a 3-hour Core B CE course which provides guidance and clarification on the accommodations that must be made in housing for persons with disabilities and their families. Attendees will receive a copy of the Guidebook on Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications.
In honor of the Illinois Bicentennial and the 50th Anniversary of the Federal Fair Housing Act, this event will include a tour of the new Illinois REALTORS® Bicentennial Plaza.
