Join in the fun and honor incoming Illinois Association of REALTORS® president Jim Kinney at the 98th Annual Inaugural Gala on Saturday, Sept. 6 in the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Ballroom. The gala is the final event of the 2014 IAR Fall Conference & Expo. The opening reception begins at 6:30 p.m., with the gala starting at 7:15 p.m.

Kinney, IAR President-Elect, is the Vice President of Luxury Home Sales for Baird & Warner in Chicago. He’s served on multiple boards, committees and task forces for the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. During his 30-plus years in real estate, he’s won numerous awards including 2002 REALTOR® of the Year by the Chicago association and 2004 Illinois REALTOR® of the Year by IAR.
On the state level, Kinney has held leadership roles with a number of committees and groups. He’s been an advocate for education and earned numerous designations. He’s also been involved with several national committees and groups, including the National Association of REALTORS® Executive Committee.
