Course Description
Combining the use of technology with a thorough understanding in the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics results in a skilled modern real estate practitioner able to utilize the best tools and practices available. Today’s real estate brokers must understand their client, the market, the technology available and ethical way to combine all those elements to produce extraordinary results. In addition, the practitioner of today must know the correct legal ways to utilize the tools available when advertising, demonstrating fair housing conduct and applying agency principles when engaging in commercial, residential, or leasing transactions.
