Course Description
The Buyer Agent Value Proposition is being questioned and challenged!  This course focuses on the opportunities to pivot with the current litigious culture by rebooting strategies and conversations that will provide transparency to the value that RELATORS add to residential transactions.  Discussions include Why, How and What are the Benefits for Consumer and agents for a buyer representation /counseling session and to memorialize their relationship with a Buyer Representation Agreement.
