Course Description
This course identifies the 3 sections (Duties to Client, Duties to the Public, Duties to REALTORS) and 17 articles of the NAR Code of Ethics but with a strong emphasis on commercial scenarios. Learn the parallels and differences between license law and NAR COE in order to raise your standard of practice to better serve clients. Several commercial case studies will be discussed and analyzed in order to gain a better understanding of standards of practice and behavior.
