15-Hour Broker Post-License Topics (classes are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m both days)
This course is for licensed brokers in their first renewal cycle having been licensed after February 1, 2018 and on or before January 31, 2020.
You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exam for this course, and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit.
New broker licensees are required to complete 30 hours of Post-License training prior to their first license renewal. This course combined with the 15-hour Broker POST-License Interactive online webinar or classroom course will satisfy the 30-hour post-license education requirements for license renewal.
Per the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR), this course MUST be taken in an interactive environment.
