Description

Illinois REALTORS® 15-hour Broker Post-License webinar is a live Broker Post-License Applied Real Estate Practices course for licensed brokers in their first renewal cycle having been licensed after February 1, 2018 and on or before January 31, 2020.

You must have been issued your license number (begins with 475) prior to taking this course, and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit.

New broker licensees are required to complete 30 hours of Post-License training prior to their first license renewal. This course combined with the 15-hour Broker POST-License Topics online or live class course will satisfy the 30-hour post-license education requirements for license renewal. Students can complete everything from their home or office with the unique features of the D2L system. You are NOT required to have a camera and microphone.

It is recommended students complete the 15-Hour Broker Post-License Topics course prior to taking the 15-Hour Broker Post-License interactive course.
