The Illinois REALTORS® gave a dozen members their first taste of the Leadership Development program this week in Springfield.

On Tuesday, participants learned about association management, governance and committees.  REALTORS® focused on the framework required to build and maintain a strong association. They learned about key roles, leadership philosophies, procedures and organizational standards.

On Wednesday, training focused on the keys to preparing, conducting and leading effective meetings.
