John Broda, Lynn Randazzo, Paul Miller, and Brian Palm are among 19 local Illinois association REALTORS® of the Year (ROTY) who will be honored on April 13 at the 2026 REALTOR® of the Year Dinner in Springfield. Be sure to register now to attend.

The ROTY award celebrates members who have made outstanding contributions to advancing both their association and the real estate industry.

Broda is the Heartland REALTOR® Organization ROTY. He is the 2026 President-elect for Heartland, has served on many local committees and is in the 2026 Illinois REALTOR® Leadership Development Class. He is active in his community and is a village of Roscoe Trustee.

Miller is the HomeTown Association of REALTORS® ROTY. He is a REALTOR® Emeritus and contributes to the numerous organizations that benefit from HomeTown’s Community Donation Program. HomeTown’s “Paul Miller” Good Neighbor Award is named in his honor.

Randazzo is the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of REALTORS® ROTY. She served as her association’s president from 2022-2024. She championed “REALTOR® to the Rescue,” a partnership with the local animal control to sponsor cats and dogs for adoption.

Palm is the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® ROTY. He has served at all three levels of REALTOR® organization and was in the 2022 Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program. A commercial broker and technology entrepreneur, he is also active in his local community.

Broda, Randazzo, Miller, and Palm will attend the dinner alongside 2026 Illinois REALTOR® of the Year Sarah Ware—principal and designated managing broker of Ware Group Realty in Chicago—and fellow local ROTY honorees at the President Abraham Lincoln DoubleTree Hotel.

The ROTY event is sponsored by the Illinois REALTORS® to support the Illinois Real Estate Educational Foundation (REEF).
